Terms and conditions
Check-in: from 15:00 to 20:00. Late check-in is possible between 20:00 and 23:00 (must be previously requested and confirmed) at the additional cost of € 10 per hour after 20:00
Check-out : from 08:00 to 10:00. Must be done by 10:00. Late check-out is possible (must be previously requested and confirmed) after 10:00 and by 12:00 at the additional cost of € 20
Deposit:€ 200 (only for apartments by credit card)
Children: Children are welcome. One child under 1 year stays free of charge (sleeping in the crib / cot). One older child or adult is charged EUR 30 per person per night in an extra bed. The maximum number of extra beds / cots is 1.
Breakfast not included. The guests who will stay in the rooms will find every day a basket with selected high quality packaged products for a small Italian breakfast (rooms only).
Final cleaning: € 18 per person (only apartments)
First set of towles and bed linen: € 12 per person (only apartments)
Swimming pool: open from May 1st to the 15th of September (dates may vary at the discretion of the management depending on weather conditions)
Animals: Not allowed
Cancellation policies:
The customer can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. The customer pays 100% of the total cost if canceled within 7 days before arrival. If the customer does not show up, he will have to pay the total amount.
